Now that my pharmaceutical sales resources including the How To Get A Dream Job In Pharmaceutical Sales book and audio CD are firmly established, I’m now thinking of creating a seminar for current sales professionals in pharmaceuticals and other fields who want to advance in their careers into management levels.
In order to advance, it’s not just the selling track record that counts. In fact, it’s not always the top sales people in pharmaceutical or any other fields that get promoted to management. There are other skills involved like leadership, communication, presentation, etc. Since I’ve been on that road, I’m thinking of putting together a program in a workshop setting to help others develop such skills as part of their career development.
