Self Improvement Requires Regular Motivation
Wednesday, August 19th, 2009I did a talk last night and one of the points that came up with discussion with my audience was that self improvement requires regular motivation. The reason why many people fail in self improvement is that they forget important principles of what they learn in seminars and talks. Then they are back to where they started from. If people made a commitment to read motivation and self improvement books or listen to self improvement audio podcasts for example on a regular basis, principles will stay top of mind and the chances of taking action for success are much higher.
